Lease termination will allow Orlando Land Trust project to start earlier
The self-described little old ladies behind the Orlando Land Trust should be able to witness their dream of adding green space to the Lake Eola Park city block earlier than originally thought.

Eugene Sefcik and Lynn Long gifted the land to the city with the agreement that the parcel be converted into green space. This came after the Orlando Land Trust was able to secure $3.25 million through fundraising to purchase the parcel from the former owners.
